NYSE Liffe, LLC, the U.S. futures exchange of NYSE Euronext (NYX ), today announced that Clifford J. Weber joined the company as Executive Vice President, Head of Product Development and Strategy. Mr. Weber, 45, will report to Thomas F. Callahan, NYSE Euronext Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Futures, and be responsible for the research, development and implementation strategy for NYSE Liffe’s financial products.

Most recently, Mr. Weber was Executive Vice President, Development and Strategy at the American Stock Exchange (Amex) where he was responsible for the ETF Marketplace, Capital Markets, Equities, and Research and Strategy. He played a key role in the development and deployment of the Amex’s successful ETF business, and has held various positions at the Amex since starting there in 1990. Mr. Weber has a B.A. from
