NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced the appointment of Caroline Nico as Head of European Communications, based in Paris.
Caroline, who joined the group from Brunswick, will be responsible for corporate communications across NYSE Euronext’s European business, including media relations and executive communications. She will report to Robert J. Rendine, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Communications.
Caroline joined Brunswick in 1997 in London, moving to Paris in 2000, where she was responsible for the creation and development of Brunswick’s Paris office. During her decade in Paris she worked with a wide variety of international and French corporate clients, providing strategic communications support, crisis communications counseling and advice on financial communications and media relations. In 2007 she was promoted to Partner of the group. Prior to Brunswick, Caroline worked as a broker at Willis Corroon specializing in French reinsurance. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds a Bachelors degree in French & Italian from the University of Exeter, England.
