NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced that its 2008 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at NYSE Euronext's New York headquarters.

NYX shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2008 are entitled to attend the Annual Meeting and vote their shares. In accordance with NYSE Euronext's security procedures, all shareholders attending the Annual Meeting must present an acceptable form of photo identification and proof of share ownership as of the close of business on March 20, 2008. All visitors are subject to standard NYSE Euronext security procedures.
