NYSE Euronext and CF&B Communication are pleased to announce that the 1st Benelux 'Midcap Event' will take place next 31st March and 1st April at NYSE Euronext in Brussels.
Since 2002, CF&B Communication and NYSE Euronext have already organized 20 editions of these successful Midcap and & Small cap Events in Paris gathering each between 150 to 400 European institutional investors and 80 to 180 listed companies.
As part of NYSE Euronext’s ongoing commitment to enhance the visibility of its listed mid- and small caps, this unprecedented event will gather 45 Belgian, French and Dutch companies listed on NYSE Euronext, around a hundred European institutional investors as well as 5 Belgian, Dutch and French financial intermediaries.
During the two days event, top executives of the participating companies from several sectors of the economy will meet the investors present in around 700 one-on-ones.
This will be a very important event helping to promote those companies with a smaller market capitalization among fund managers they can rarely meet. It will offer them the opportunity to showcase their story and explain their strategy in this post crisis period.
‘We are proud to welcome this first edition of the Benelux 'Midcap Event’ at NYSE Euronext in Brussels, said Ronald Kent, Group Executive Vice President and Head of International Listings at NYSE Euronext. As part of NYSE Euronext’s continued efforts to promote its listed mid- and small caps, this event will provide an outstanding forum to the participating companies enabling them to raise the investor community’s awareness of their business case needed to help them further develop their liquidity and their growth strategy.’
Francis Bader, Chief Executive Officer of CF&B Communication added: “CF&B Communication is very pleased to add Brussels to the 'Midcap Events' we organize in Europe and to promote among European institutional investors this market place where a large number of Small and Mid Caps are still to be better known by fund managers interested in that market segment”.
