In her new role, Ms. Stuckey, 42, will support the NYSE's Board of Directors and its committees, including the Nominating Committee. She will also take the minutes at Board meetings and prepare resolutions. In addition, Ms. Stuckey will act as staff liaison to the Public Policy Committee and manage the process to prepare the Exchange's annual registration statement for the SEC. She will manage the NYSE's annual meeting including the circulation of proxies and membership voting. Ms. Stuckey will act as Secretary to the NYSE Management Committee and report to executive vice president and general counsel Richard P. Bernard.
Ms. Stuckey is currently the Exchange's assistant corporate secretary. In this role, she is responsible for providing the corporate secretary with legal and administrative support. Ms. Stuckey spent her first two years at the Exchange as a trial counsel in the Enforcement Division. Prior to joining the Exchange in 1998, Ms. Stuckey was with the New York law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she was a senior associate of the Business & Securities Litigation Department.
Ms. Stuckey holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School, an MA from the University of Oklahoma, and a BS from Oklahoma Christian College.
