As Vice President, Financial Process Transformation, Mr. Brandman will be charged with identifying and implementing business process and technology solutions related to the NYSE's financial strategy. Mr. Brandman will be responsible for the successful implementation of the NYSE's financial systems strategy and infrastructure project, which is intended to advance the NYSE's financial analytical, processing and reporting capabilities. He will also be responsible for reengineering the Exchange's procurement system and spearheading expense management initiatives.

Mr. Brandman most recently was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston's IT Infrastructure group where he headed up strategic projects such as IT Infrastructure Outsourcing, IT Cost Transparency and was the Technology lead for CSFB's divestiture of Pershing. He joined CSFB in 2000 as a Director where he was responsible for the business management of various IT departments. His responsibilities included project management, budget planning and management, contract negotiations, and control. Prior to CSFB, Mr. Brandman joined Banco Santander Central Hispano as Chief of Staff for the Fixed Income Division and, in 1998, became Senior Vice President and co-head of Project Management for BSCH's institutional client portal. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Brandman held various positions in the New York and Zurich trading and sales organizations of Union Bank of Switzerland.
Mr. Brandman is a 1991 graduate of Clark University, majoring in Government with a concentration in Economics.
