Nymex To Expand Listing Of Crude Oil And Natural Gas Calendar Spread Options

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that it will expand its listing of crude oil and natural gas calendar spread options contracts, beginning with the February 13 trading session.

The Exchange will expand to 60 the number of consecutive one-month spread contracts on its crude oil and natural gas calendar spread options. The one–month calendar spread options contracts will be listed consecutively beginning with the March–April 2006 spreads through the February–March 2011 spreads.

The Exchange currently lists 27 consecutive options on one–month crude oil spreads and 24 consecutive options on one–month natural gas spreads.
