The American Gas Association (AGA) currently releases the weekly estimates of natural gas in underground storage for the United States and three regions of the country every Wednesday at approximately 2 PM. The EIA will assume responsibility for the surveys, beginning on May 9. The Exchange had previously expressed concern over indications that the EIA was considering releasing "this critical market information" outside of open outcry trading hours.
