NYMEX Announces Per Share Details Of Special Dividend

NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NMX), the parent company of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., the world's largest physical commodities exchange, announced today that the previously declared $100 million special dividend payable to shareholders of record as of December 3, will be $1.055559 per share and payable on December 28. The previously announced regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share also payable to shareholders of record as of December 3, will also be paid on December 28. As of the close of business yesterday, 94,736,539 shares are eligible for both dividends.
