NYMEX Announces Changes To NYMEX miNY(TM) Natural Gas, Petroleum Products Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced it will change the minimum price fluctuation and maximum transaction size for its some of its NYMEX miNY™ futures contracts, beginning on March 12 for trade date March 13.

The minimum price fluctuation for the NYMEX miNY™ heating oil and gasoline futures contracts will decrease to $0.001 ($21.00 per tick) from of $0.002 ($42.00 per tick).

The maximum transaction size for the NYMEX miNY™ natural gas futures contracts will increase to 500 contracts from 100 contracts. The maximum transaction size for the NYMEX miNY™ heating oil and gasoline futures contracts will increase to 250 contracts from 30 contracts.
