Pursuant to his authority in physical emergencies the President
previously declared that no post close trading session be conducted
due to the abbreviated trading schedule under which the exchanges were
operating. With the expansion of trading hours on November 12, 2001,
the President has determined that post close trading sessions be restored
in Cotton and FCOJ commencing Thursday, November 15, 2001.
A brief description of the post close trading sessions are as follows:
Cotton
Held 5 minutes after determination of settlement prices
3-minute duration
Last price announced ± 5 ticks within the closing range
FCOJ
Held 5 minutes after determination of settlement prices
3-minute duration
Last price announced ± 10 ticks within the closing range
