NYBOT Appoints New Leadership - New Board Officers, President & CEO And Chief Operating Officer Appointed

The New York Board of Trade^® (NYBOT^®) announced today that it has appointed new Officers to its Board of Governors, including: Frederick W. Schoenhut, who has been serving as Vice Chairman, was elected to the position of Chairman; Roger Corrado, a Member at Large, is now Vice Chairman, and Alfred J. Mascia, has been re-elected to the position of Treasurer.

Additionally, the Exchange appointed Charles H. "Harry" Falk to the position of President and CEO. Mr. Falk has been serving as Chairman of NYBOT. Patrick L. Gambaro, who has been serving as Senior Executive Vice President, has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

NYBOT also appointed a new Executive Committee: Roger Corrado is Chairman, and Thomas A. Butler, Jr.; Paul Dapolito, III; Paul Liubicich; Joseph T. Nicosia, and William J. Shaughnessy are all appointed as Members.
