NYBOT Announces Revised New Year's Holiday Schedule

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today its revised New Year's holiday trading schedule for its Coffee, Sugar, Cocoa and Cotton markets (to be closed on Friday, January 2, 2004).

This closure results in the following changes to the calendar of contract dates:

Cocoa

The last trading day for the Feb '04 cocoa option will now be Wednesday, December 31, 2003.

The first trading day for the Dec '05 cocoa futures contract will now be Monday, January 5, 2004.

The first trading day for the Dec '05 cocoa options contract will now be Tuesday, January 6, 2004.

Coffee

The first trading day for the Dec '05 coffee "C" futures contract will now be Monday, January 5, 2004.

The first trading day for the Dec '05 coffee "C" options contract will now be Tuesday, January 6, 2004.

Mini Coffee

The first trading day for the Nov '05 Mini Coffee contract will now be Monday, January 5, 2004.

Sugar 11

The first and last notice days for the Jan '04 Sugar 11 contract will now be Monday, January 5, 2004.

Please note that no action has yet been taken by the Citrus Associates Board of Managers regarding trading of FCOJ Futures and Options Contracts on January 2, 2004. Any change to the trading calendar for these contracts will be announced immediately following any such action by the Citrus Associates Board.
