As part of that process, new NYBOT Rules were adopted for each contract, including the Sugar No. 11 futures contract, which replicate the terms and conditions that existed in the CSCE or NYCE Rule book.
With specific regard to the Sugar No. 11 futures contract, cash market practice has often included an adoption into cash contracts of Sugar No. 11 terms, by reference. Cash market participants should be aware that the terms and conditions of the Sugar No. 11 futures contract are now contained in the NYBOT Rulebook, and that these NYBOT Rules have replaced the prior CSCE Rules.
Copies of current Sugar No. 11 Rules can always be found on the Exchange website, at www.nybot.com/rulebooks.
