NYBOT Announces New Board Elections And Executive Committee Appointments

The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT®) announced today that its Board of Directors elected Officers as well as appointed Members to its Executive Committee for the 2002 - 2003 term.

Among the newly-elected Officers are:

Charles H. Falk, who was re-elected Chairman
Frederick W. Schoenhut, who was elected Vice Chairman
Alfred J. Mascia, who was re-elected Treasurer

Appointees to the Executive Committee are:

Thomas Butler, Jr.
Roger Corrado
Paul Dapolito, III
Woods Eastland
Frederick W. Schoenhut
William J. Shaughnessy

The terms are for one-year and are effective immediately.
