The amendments to the rule concerned the times during which EFP transactions in the USDX futures contracts may be executed. The delay in implementing the amendments means that any and all changes to EFP procedures contained in the earlier release ARE NOT IN EFFECT. Once a final determination concerning implementation is made, the Exchange will make the appropriate announcement.
