NP RTS Information Committee Decides To Put "Gazprom" Stock On The List Of Potential RTS Index Constituents

On January 18th, 2006, non-profit partnership "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange Information Committee decided to put "Gazprom" stock on the list of potential RTS Index constituents.

In accordance with the rules of creating the list of securities – RTS Index constituents – the final decision on the inclusion of "Gazprom" stock to the list of RTS Index constituents can be made during the period of February 16th – March 1st, 2006. If the decision is positive, "Gazprom" stock price will be used in calculation of RTS Index as of March 15th, 2006.
