Novo Nordisk Exceeded 1,000,000,000 DKK In Turnover - The KFX Index Reaches 25th All-Time High

The turnover in Novo Nordisk exceeded DKK 1 billion today. The large turnover is a consequence of today's announcement of the company's half-year results. The share price soared from 1,735.00 end of Friday to 1,855.00 when the market closed today.

Today, 14 August 2000, the KFX Index set yet another record closing at 326.50.

The KFX Index has gained 6.8 per cent since end-July and rose by 58.3 per cent compared with the corresponding day last year.

The previous high of 320.71 was reached on 11 August 2000.

The KFMX Index - consisting of medium-sized and small companies - closed at a record 1220.41.
