Notice On Announcing And Implementing The “Dalian Commodity Exchange Detailed Rules For Implementation Of Bonded Delivery (For Trial Implementation)”

Approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (CSRC Letter Document No. 79 [2014]), the “Dalian Commodity Exchange Detailed Rules for Implementation of Bonded Delivery (for Trial Implementation)”, which has been discussed and approved at the 49th Session of the 2nd DCE Council and reported to the CSRC, is hereby announced and shall come into effect as of April 18, 2014.
