China Financial Futures Exchange (the “Exchange”) hereby releases the Detailed Clearing Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange (Amended), which has been reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Guidelines of China Financial Futures Exchange on Using China Government Bonds as Margin, which has been reviewed and approved by the Exchange, is also released on the same date.
The amended rules and guidelines will take effect on December 14, 2020. CFFEX Guide to Using China Government Bonds as Futures Margin issued on January 11, 2019 shall be abolished correspondingly.
