According to the Notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the relevant holiday arrangements for the market of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) in 2025 are as follows.
1. New Year’s Day: The market is closed on January 1 (Wednesday), and will open as usual from January 2 (Thursday). There will be no night trading session on the night of December 31, 2024 (Tuesday).
2. Spring Festival: The market is closed from January 28 (Tuesday) to February 4 (Tuesday) for holidays, and on January 26 (Sunday) and February 8 (Saturday) for weekends. The market will open as usual from February 5 (Wednesday). There will be no night trading session on the night of January 27 (Monday).
3. Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day): The market is closed from April 4 (Friday) to April 6 (Sunday). The market will open as usual from April 7 (Monday). There will be no night trading session on the night of April 3 (Thursday).
4. International Labor Day: The market is closed from May 1 (Thursday) to May 5 (Monday) for holidays, and on April 27 (Sunday) for weekend. The market will open as usual from May 6 (Tuesday). There will be no night trading session on the night of April 30 (Wednesday).
5. Duanwu Festival (Dragon Boat Festival): The market is closed from May 31 (Saturday) to June 2 (Monday). The market will open as usual from June 3 (Tuesday). There will be no night trading session on the night of May 30 (Friday).
6. National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival: The market is closed from October 1 (Wednesday) to October 8 (Wednesday) for holidays, and on September 28 (Sunday) and October 11 (Saturday) for weekends. The market will open as usual from October 9 (Thursday). There will be no night trading session on the night of September 30 (Tuesday).
