In order to further perfect the assessment mechanism of listed companies’ information disclosure and urge the listed companies to continuously improve their information disclosure quality, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (the SSE) has amended the “SSE Measures for Assessment of Listed Companies’ Information Disclosure (Amended in 2015)”.
The SSE hereby releases the “SSE Measures for Assessment of Listed Companies’ Information Disclosure (Amended in 2017)” (see attachment), which shall come into force on the date of its release. The “SSE Measures for Assessment of Listed Companies’ Information Disclosure (Amended in 2015)” (Shang Zheng Fa [2015] No. 40 Document) promulgated by the SSE on April 27, 2015 shall be abolished at the same time.
