Notice For Public Consultation On Rules Of Depositary Receipts Under Stock Connect Scheme Between Shanghai Stock Exchange And Overseas Stock Exchanges

To further optimize and expand the depository receipt business under the stock connect mechanism, more efficiently serve the two-way opening-up of the capital market, and in accordance with the revision of the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Depositary Receipts under the Stock Connect Scheme between Domestic and Overseas Stock Exchanges by the CSRC, the original Interim Measures for the Listing and Trading of Depositary Receipts under the Stock Connect Scheme between Shanghai Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange has been revised into the Interim Measures for the Listing and Trading of Depositary Receipts under the Stock Connect Scheme between the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Overseas Stock Exchanges. The guidelines for pre-review, cross-border conversion and market-making have been revised accordingly. They are now open for public consultation, and the deadline for feedbacks is January 16, 2022.
