Today, November 19th 2013, NGM introduces Nordic Pre Market, the first market of its kind for companies with the ambition to grow. Through Nordic Pre Market NGM strives to strengthen its work to support companies in growth.
Nordic Pre Market is a brand new platform for companies on their way to the exchange. A platform that aims to prepare the company before it enters the exchange and lists their shares for daily trading. To support companies at Nordic Pre Market NGM has developed an educational program in five steps that prepares the company for a listing at NGM Equity or Nordic MTF. Through Nordic Pre Market, the companies will be given support and advice in order to raise their quality at the same time as making their transition to the stock market easier. In addition to the launch of Nordic Pre Market, NGM introduces “NGM Mentor”. This service is based on collaborations with qualified advisors that will support companies listed at Nordic MTF and companies connected to Nordic Pre Market in their process of preparing for the exchange. Among them are financial advisors, law firms, audit agencies, securities brokers and communication agencies that are willing to support the company in raising capital and readying it for the exchange. NGM is no longer just for listed companies but now offers a complete market platform for growing companies. The purpose is to provide a quality platform for the large group of companies aiming for growth.
