Niklas Midby New Business Area Head At OM, Stefan Widenfelt New CFO

On February 21 Niklas Midby will take up the position as head of OM's Transaction business area and Executive Vice President of the OM group. The Transaction business area includes the OM Stockholm Exchange, the OM Fixed Income Exchange, the OM London Exchange and OM VPA. His brief will be to lead the strategic and commercial development of OM's transaction related operations. Niklas Midby, who is 40 years old, has been working in the field of investment banking in London for the past 12 years. On February 1 Stefan Widenfelt will take up the position as OM's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). During the past five years he has held a number of management positions within OM, the most recent being President of OM Treasury. Both Niklas Midby and Stefan Widenfelt, together with President and CEO Per E. Larsson and Executive Vice President Magnus Karlsson Böcker, will be part of OM's executive management team. OM has two business areas: Transaction and OM Technology. The Transaction business area contains OM's transaction related operations and OM Technology contains OM's development and sales of technology. OM has operations in Europe, North America and Asia, with offices in 11 countries. The Parent Company, OM Gruppen, is listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange.
