On the afternoon of July 7th, 2010, a group of eight visitors Nikkei Inc., including president Tsuneo Kita, paid a visit to the DCE. President of the DCE Liu Xingqiang presented the visitors with a brief introduction of the exchange, as well as the current development status and future prospects of Dalian's futures market. The talk concluded with a discussion of various topics of interest to both parties. Tsuneo Kita remarked that in the futures, China's futures market will become increasingly active, and he hopes that his company Nikkei Inc. can deliver the message of Dalians futures market development to the rest of the world, and he also hopes that Nikkei Inc. can play a role in the cooperation between commodity exchanges in China and Japan.
