Nexity Listed On Euronext

Nexity Group was today admitted to the Premier Marché of Euronext Paris.

The company placed 15.2 million shares on the market to raise a total of EUR 272 million. The shares opened at EUR 17.90 at 10.30 am CET. Based on this opening price, capitalization stood at EUR 535 million.

Nexity is Euronext’s 38th listing in 2004. Since January, issuers have raised EUR 8.1 billion on the market, confirming its place as European leader for capital raised through new listings.

Nexity Group is a prominent developer and promoter of residential and business properties in France, also providing real estate services.
