UES of Russia is by far the largest Russian Energy Supplier with Assets of 34.1 bn Euro and a Market Capitalisation of about 4.5 bn Euro. UES employes about 670.000 people.

NX.plus is a quality segment based upon transparency criteria. These criteria include reporting in line with the accounting standards according to US-GAAP or IAS, regular presentations for analysts and investors, lock-up periods for existing shareholders, the publication of a corporate calendar and the obligation to meet ad-hoc disclosure requirements. Already listed in NX.plus are e.g. Lukoil, Tatneft and Sibneft.
NEWEX, the specialized market for Central and Eastern European (CEE) securities, is a joint-venture of Deutsche Börse and the Vienna Stock Exchange. NEWEX is the market leader in the German CEE securities turnover, with an average of about 300 million Euros per month.
NEWEX is fully integrated into the trading environment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Trading is done on Xetra, the full electronic trading plattform, with more than 400 trading members throughout Europe being connected to NEWEX, as well as on the floor in Frankfurt. NEWEX is the only market in which CEE securities can be traded continuously in euros with a fully electronic system and market makers who secure liquidity.
