New York Stock Exchange Appoints Christopher R. Morin Senior Vice President, International-Europe, Middle East & Africa

The New York Stock Exchange Board of Directors today approved the appointment of Christopher R. Morin as senior vice president, International-Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Mr. Morin, 39, is responsible for new listings and client services for the region. He will be based in the NYSE's London office. Prior to joining the NYSE, Mr. Morin worked for 15 years at Credit Suisse First Boston, most recently as managing director of investment banking. In this role, Mr. Morin provided comprehensive corporate finance advisory services and developed and executed financing transactions for clients ranging from private, small-capitalization companies to governments and major multinationals. He completed mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, initial public offerings and other public and private financings for clients in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Morin earned his AB in Economics from Harvard College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

"Chris will lead the NYSE's efforts to expand the number of new listings from companies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East as well as manage our relationships with the companies from 25 countries in the region that are already listed on the NYSE."
