New York Mercantile Exchange To Decrease Margins On Propane Futures

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., will decrease the margins on its propane futures contract at the close of business tomorrow.

Margins for all months will decrease to $1,500 from $1,750 for clearing members, to $1,650 from $1,925 for members, and to $2,025 from $2,363 for customers.
