Daily trading records were set in e–miNY energy futuressm and e–miNYsm crude oil futures contracts on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., yesterday.

e–miNY(sm) volume of 7,498 contracts surpassed the previous record of 6,632 contracts set on September 22, while e–miNY(sm) crude oil futures volume of 7,093 contracts exceeded the previous record of 6,159 contracts also set that day.
