New Share-Referenced Certificate ("TRAC") Listed On The Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV") - “IVVPESO” Will Replicate The S&P 500 Mexican Hedged Index, Which Is Listed In The Mexican Stock Exchange's ("BMV") International Quoting System ("SIC")

Today, Impulsora y Promotora BlackRock México, S.A. de C.V. completed the listing of S&P 500 Peso Hedged TRAC ishares on the Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV") through Banco Nacional de México, S.A., a member of Grupo Financiero Banamex, Fiduciary Division, in the capacity of fiduciary of the issuing trust.

The IVVPESO Share-Referenced Certificate ("TRAC") will replicate to the S&P 500 Mexican Peso Hedged Index, which is composed of shares from issuers listed in the S&P 500 Index and also includes a currency risk hedging component in order to protect it from the exposure to exchange rate fluctuations between the Mexican peso and the US dollar.

The S&P 500 Mexican Peso Hedged Index is determined, composed and calculated by S&P Dow Jones Indices.

With this new Share-Referenced Certificate ("TRAC"), investors will have access to an instrument with the 500 most important and most capitalized companies in the United State and, while eliminating the exchange rate risk factor.

The benefits gained from participating in this Share-Referenced Certificate ("TRAC") are transparency, diversification, flexibility, lower costs and liquidity.
