New RTS Stock Exchange Guidelines To Allow Trading In Mutual Funds

Effective January 30, 2002, the revised version of the RTS Stock Exchange Trading Rules comes into force. The revision allows market participants to trade shares of mutual funds, admitted to trading on the RTS Stock Exchange.

New Rules regulate admission to trading and trading of close-end and interval mutual funds shares.

The mutual fund shares will be registered in the Depositary and Clearing Company (DCC) accounts.

Admission of mutual fund shares to trading is governed by the New RTS Listing Rules that will take effect on January 30, 2002.
