The current portfolio which became effective on December 19, 2005, included 21 shares due to the additional index share TrygVesta. With the exclusion of Københavns Lufthavne and TDC the OMXC20 index currently includes 19 shares.
Two new companies Bang & Olufsen B and Jyske Bank will enter into the OMXC20 portfolio, which will consist of 20 shares. D/S Torm, which has been included in the index since June 2005, will exit the index.
The OMXC20 index contains the 20 most actively traded shares, whereas the base portfolio comprises of 25 shares (cf. the table below):
