New Non-Member Director Appointed At Shenzhen Stock Exchange

With the approval of the party committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Mr. Tang Changfang, former party secretary and chief of the CSRC Chongqing Bureau, is appointed non-member director of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
