New Member Firm For The Irish Stock Exchange

The Irish Stock Exchange has admitted Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Limited (“IBUK”) as a new trading member firm of the Exchange. IBUK’s admission to membership of the Exchange is effective immediately. Its authorisation is to deal with other market professionals on an agency and principal basis.

IBUK’s ultimate parent company is Interactive Brokers Group LLC, a company regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the U.S.
