From March 16, 2011 to June 15, 2011, new constituent lists of RTS Indices, approved by the OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange on recommendation by the Index Committee, will be in force.
Ordinary and preferred shares of OJSC TNK-BP Holding, ordinary shares of JSCo "MIPC", "MOSTOTREST", PIK Group, "Bank "Saint-Petersburg" OJSC will be transferred from the waiting list to the new constituent lists of the RTS Index. They will replace ordinary shares of OJSC Sibirtelekom, JSC CenterTelecom, OJSC "VolgaTelecom", OJSC N. W. Telecom, O.J.S.C.
Uralsvyazinform" which will be removed from the RTS Index, due to the reorganization of Svyazinvest Group of companies following the merger between regional telecommunications operators (RTOs) and Rostelecom. The shares of regional telecommunications operators may be removed from the RTS Indices earlier than on 16 March in case of the cessation of trading in these securities on RTS. Ordinary shares of WBD Foods will also be removed from the RTS Index, due to their repurchase by PepsiCo.
The list of the RTS Standard Index shares will remain unchanged.
Ordinary shares of OJSC "Cherkizovo Group" will be included in the new list of the RTS-2 Index constituents. They will replace ordinary and preferred shares of OJSC Sibirtelekom, JSC CenterTelecom, OJSC "VolgaTelecom", as well as ordinary shares of "UTK" PJSC, MGTS, OJSC N. W. Telecom, O.J.S.C. "Uralsvyazinform" and WBD Foods. Ordinary shares of MGTS will be removed, due to a substantial decrease of a number of free-float shares.
Ordinary shares of OJSC Sibirtelekom and WBD Foods will also be excluded from the RTS Siberia Index and RTS Consumer & Retail Index respectively.
In accordance with the recommendation of the RTS’s Index Committee calculating and transmitting the RTS Telecom Index will be suspended on March 16, 2011.
Ordinary and preferred shares of OJSC TNK-BP Holding will be added to the RTS Oil & Gas Index from the waiting list.
Starting from 16 March RTS Standard market instead of RTS Classica will be used as the source of price values for the ordinary shares of JSC Gazprom Neft.
For some securities number of shares taking for the calculation of the RTS Indices will be changed, or coefficients reflecting a percentage of free-float shares (free-float coefficients) will be revised.

In addition, the Index Committee advised the Exchange to add Russian Depositary Receipt (RDR) of Sberbank representing rights on ordinary registered shares of United Company RUSAL Plc into the waiting lists for securities to be included in the RTS Index and RTS Metals & Mining Index after RTS introduces corresponding amendments to the regulatory legal acts for calculating the indices as well as the methodologies for calculating the RTS indices.
