Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) and ICJ, Inc. (ICJ) are bringing together to data and know-how to provide a new service for investors and market participants involved with the operation of shareholders meetings. This is the first joint service implemented between TSE and ICJ.
TSE provides a broad range of information related to the stock market, including information on shareholders meetings, corporate action information, stock prices and quotations.
ICJ is a joint venture between TSE and Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. that operates the Electronic Voting Platform to provide institutional investors with an environment to exercise their voting rights in the appropriate manner.
The joint service will be launched on April 17, 2015 to offer ICJ Database in the JPX Data Cloud (http://db-ec.jpx.co.jp/) operated by TSE. ICJ Database contains information on shareholder meeting agenda items of all listed companies in Japan.
