The New Jersey Carpenters Pension Fund has sued NYSE Euronext over its proposed USD8.2 billion sale to IntercontinentalExchange, saying that NYSE Euronext breached its duty to maximize returns for shareholders. It is the second lawsuit filed against NYSE Euronext since the deal was announced last week. An individual shareholder, Samuel Cohen, filed a proposed class action on Friday.
