Two of the Directors retiring by rotation were re-appointed, namely Robert Cole, who is also a Director of Trafalgar Commodities Ltd and Goran Trapp, also a Director of Morgan Stanley & Co International Ltd.
Two new Directors were appointed: Andrew Buttars, Director of Man Financial Ltd and Mark Fox-Andrews, Managing Director of ADM Investor Services International Ltd. Mary Bergonia of Man International Inc and John Evans of ADM Investor Services International Ltd have both retired from office with the IPE.
