The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) announced today that Aspire Brokerage has applied to become a member of TASE. Upon approval, Aspire Brokerage will join the 25 TASE members currently operating in the Israeli capital market.
Aspire Brokerage is a newly established company created for the purpose of operating as a TASE member. It is part of the Aspire Investments Group, owned by Hanna Hollander and Uzi Yemin, which intends to operate as a full-service investment house, similar to leading investment firms in Israel, including the provision of brokerage services to clients.
At the initial stage, the company will offer trading and brokerage services in both Israeli and foreign securities to retail clients, eligible clients and corporations. Over time, Aspire intends to expand its range of financial services into additional fields.
Hanna Hollander, CEO and Founder of Aspire Investments, said: “We would like to thank the management of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange for its confidence in our shareholders, management team, financial strength and business vision. Becoming a TASE member represents a significant milestone in our strategy to build an innovative investment house that combines advanced technology, AI capabilities and a comprehensive suite of financial services under one roof. This step will enable us to provide our clients with direct access to trading systems, alongside advanced investment solutions, efficient digital processes and innovative client experience. Aspire was founded on the belief that the future of investing lies in the integration of human expertise with cutting-edge technology. We continue to pursue collaborations with leading organizations in Israel and around the world, with the goal of expanding access to global investment opportunities and providing both retail and institutional investors with an advanced, transparent and client-focused platform.”
Ittai Ben Zeev, CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, said: “The addition of a new TASE member marks another important milestone in the development of Israel’s capital market, which in recent years has continued to expand and attract growing interest from both domestic and international investors. Increasing the number of TASE members is a key pillar of our strategic plan to enhance competition and further develop the capital market for the benefit of investors and listed companies. We are witnessing growing interest from significant local and international financial institutions seeking to join the market and bring new momentum to Israel’s capital markets. This trend is expected to continue supporting the market’s development and contribute to the growth of the Israeli economy.”
Aspire Brokerage’s admission as a TASE member is subject to the approval of TASE’s Board of Directors.
