New Initial Prospectus For Aldicer RE SOCIMI's Listing On BME Scaleup

The Market Coordination and Listings Committee believes that Aldicer RE SOCIMI meets the requirements for listing on BME Scaleup. It is the fourth company to file an Initial Market Access Document (DIAM) on BME’s growth markets so far this year.

The company’s Board of Directors has set a reference price of 172 euros per share for the start of trading, which represents a total company valuation of 8.4 million euros.

Aldicer RE SOCIMI is a publicly traded real estate investment company (SOCIMI) incorporated in 2024. The Company’s objective is to provide returns to its shareholders through investments in residential properties in the Spanish market, with the aim of generating long-term rental income or capital appreciation. Initially, the company will focus its investments on the city of Barcelona.
