The service includes the possibility to subscribe and receive notices via email and a webpage with access to all published notices. The webpage also includes a search function and the possibility to access and download the notices.
The OMXC20 notices include information about upcoming index adjustment, the semi-annual revision and other important index related information. When an index constituent company publishes information of an upcoming corporate event the first notice includes a reference to the details of the event and which index rules will be applied. The aim of the first notice is to avoid uncertainty and to make the market aware of the upcoming changes. When new information which affects the outcome of the adjustment is published by the company a new notice is sent out. The final notice is sent out when definitive information is published by the company or when the mandatory price information is received by the Exchange.
