Laurent Friction’s main role will be to manage human resources throughout the group and its 23 subsidiaries. He will be responsible for drawing up and implementing policies on recruitment, career management, remuneration and labour relations.
Having gained postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, Laurent has eight years’ experience, first as a recruitment consultant, notably at TMP, where he was responsible for recruiting both commercial and technical staff. Immediately prior to joining GL TRADE he was responsible for the creation from scratch of the HR function at Orsyp, a French software company, and for the intro duction of an HR policy for this group both in France and at its nine subsidiaries.
