New Fees For API Access To The RTS Classic Market

The Board of Directors of the Not-for-profit partnership "Russian Trading System "Stock Exchange" has approved the new set of fees charged by the Exchange for providing access to the RTS Classic market via Application Program Interface (API).

Description	Fee
1. Non-anonymous quote-driven trading (excluding VAT):
1.1 For each trading workstation connected to the RTS Classic Market via API, monthly	$500
1.2 For each workstation connected to the RTS Classic Market via API in the "view-only" mode, monthly	$300
1.3 Minimal monthly fee (includes fee for 4 trading workstations or 6 "view-only" workstations, or any combination of trading and "view-only" workstations for that amount)	$2000
2. Anonymous order-driven trading (including VAT):
2.1 Information distribution	Not charged
2.2 Exchange fee for trades based on orders submitted via a RTS Plaza trading workstation	Not charged
2.3 Exchange fee for trades based on orders submitted via API	0,003% of the volume traded
2.4 Clearing fee	0,002% of the volume traded

Fees 1.1 - 2.2, will be charged as of November 28th, 2005.
Fees 2.3 -2.4, will be charged as of January 1st, 2006.
