New Composition Amsterdam Midkap-Index® Due To The Take-Over Of ASR Verzekeringsgroep N.V. By Fortis (NL) N.V.

Due to the take-over of ASR verzekeringsgroep N.V. by Fortis (NL) N.V., ASR Verzekeringsgroep N.V. will be taken out of the Amsterdam Midkap-index® as of Monday, 18 December 2000. The weighting factor of ASR Verzekeringsgroep N.V. will be divided pro rato over the remaining 23 stocks. As a result of this the weighting factors for the remaining 23 stocks will change as of Monday, 18 December 2000.
