New Composition Amsterdam Exchanges Index and Amsterdam Midkap Index

In accordance with the rules of the Amsterdam Exchanges Index and the Amsterdam Midkap Index both indices are reweighted annually in the month of February. As of Monday, February 22, 1999 the changes to the Amsterdam Exchanges Index are as follows. The stock Vedior will leave the index. No new stocks entered the Amsterdam Exchanges Index. As of Monday, February 22, 1999 the changes to the Amsterdam Midkap Index are as follows. The following stocks will leave the Amsterdam Exchanges Index: Koninkhijke Boskalis Westminster, Grolsch, Hollandsche Beton Groep and Wegener Arcade. The following stocks will enter the Amsterdam Exchanges Midkap index: AOT, Benckiser, Laurus, Van der Moolen Holding, Nutreco Holding and Vedior.
