NCSD plays a central role in the Nordic financial markets. The group currently includes VPC and APK, to which all major actors on the Nordic capital markets are directly or indirectly affiliated. NCSD is responsible for providing long-term, secure and cost-effective services for issuers, intermediaries and investors, as well as issuance and administration of financial instruments and clearing and settlement of trades on these markets.
Management of NCSD
Kjell Arvidsson is the Group CEO. Liisa Jauri has been appointed Deputy Group CEO and Managing Director of APK. Seppo Rantanen will be the deputy to the Managing Director.
