New Board Re-Appoints CEO Of Tehran Stock Exchange - Mahmoud Goudarzi Was Appointed As The CEO And Spokesperson Of Tehran Stock Exchange For The Second Consecutive Term.

In the first meeting of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE)’s new Board of Directors held on 21 August 2022, with the majority of votes, Mahmoud Goudarzi was appointed as the CEO and spokesperson of the company for the second consecutive term.

Also, the members of TSE’s new Board of Directors were introduced as follows:

• Mr. Milad Forouqi representative of Ghadir Financial Group
• Mr. Mohamad Mahdi Momenzadeh representative of Ahdaf Investment Company
• Mr. Mohamad Javad Mirtaher representative of Saba Tamin Investment Company
• Mr. Mahdi Amiri representative of Tadbir Investment Company
• Mr. Mohamad Soraya Nejad representative of Tose’e Melli Investment Company
• Mr. Rouhollah Mirsane’i representative of the Securities and Exchange Brokers Association of Iran (SEBA)
• Mr. Mohamad Sadra’i representative of the Banks Employees’ Pension Fund

In this session, Mahdi Amiri and Mohamad Javad Mirtaher were respectively appointed as the chairman and the vice-chairman of TSE’s Board of directors.
