Axel Forster, member of the executive committee in charge of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s listing activities, as well as administrative and financial activities, has decided to retire and will leave the Exchange on 1 July 2010.
Hubert Grignon Dumoulin, currently head of the issuers and securities department is to take over from Axel Forster on the executive committee, and will be in charge of listing activities as of 1 July 2010.
Hubert Grignon Dumoulin studied economics and finance at Paris University and Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques. He joined the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in October 2004 and became head of the issuers and securities department in July 2006. Before joining the Exchange, he held a number of positions in the enforcement and issuers divisions of the French securities regulator (Commission des Opérations de Bourse) in Paris from 1991 to 2000. This was followed by a four-year secondment in Brussels at the European Commission. During this time, he was involved in the drafting of the Prospectus and Transparency Directives proposals at the Internal Market Directorate General.
